    GIRDWOOD

    Beautiful and popular destination for backcountry skiing. Located about 40 miles southeast of Anchorage, Girdwood offers great accommodation options. Alyeska ski resort is a great place to ski when conditions are tough or unsafe in the backcountry.

    ANCHORAGE

    The city is a great place for affordable accommodations. Its striking distance from Talkeetna’s, Chugach Front range and the Kenai Mountains. Although not your traditional ski base, this city offers great options for food and entertainment after being in the mountains all day.

    The town that needs no intro. Its by the ocean and has all of the history. Where the oil industry coexists with the big mountain ski industry. Helicopters and ski touring. Valdez has it all.
